Who can enter?

Conditions of Entry

The competition is open to all residents of Nigeria aged 18 years and over except employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, its agencies associated with this promotion.
The promotion commences 20th of March 2015 and closes 15th of May 2015. To enter, complete the entry form here.
Limit of one entry per participant. Incomplete entries will be deemed invalid.
Each entry will be individually judged by an INTERNAL COMMITTEE OF DENTISTS BASED ON LITERACY AND CLINICAL MERIT (ORAL HEALTH CONDITIONS) to determine the finalists.
A panel of Judges (5 or 3) composed of dental specialists and a celebrity Judge will select the ultimate finalist based on dental needs and the emotional aspect of the smile.
The winner will be notified by telephone to make arrangements for eligibility assessment. If the candidate cannot be contacted they will become ineligible for the major prize.
In order to receive the makeover prizes of treatment up to the value of N2M, the candidates must meet certain eligibility criteria.
In the event that the competition winner does not meet the eligibility criteria for the major prize, the second highest ranked competition winner will be notified and assessed for eligibility and so on.
The prize does not include any cover for travel or accommodation expenses incurred in obtaining treatment.
If treatment is more than the required amount the winner will be subject to covering any additional costs.
To be eligible for the major prize, the candidate must be prepared to participate in promotions in conjunction with Project Smile documenting the progress of the candidate’s treatment if requested by the Promoter. Such promotions may include interviews with the candidate and photographs tracking progress of the treatment.
The winners will be required to have a dental assessment (at no charge) to assess the overall dental hygiene. If a candidate is not available for assessment during the month following the announcement they will become ineligible for the major prize.
The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of prizes.
If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned (including but not limited to) infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any downloaded messages not received by the Promoter or delays in the delivery of the message due to technical disruptions or for any other reason.
An entry will only be counted as being received when it has been received by the Promoter’s software system. Entrants must ensure that all care is taken when completing the form on the website.
In the event that an error occurs the Promoter accepts no responsibility for costs incurred, responses received or all other consequences. This is the responsibility of the entrant.
In the course of entry and event participation, any submitted articles, document, notes, pictures e.t.c as deemed fit by the Promoter maybe use to facilitate Project Smile awareness and campaign without any obligation to contact the owners before usage.
Where prizes remain unclaimed as at 5th of July 2015, the Promoter will contact the winners by registered post. Any prizes unclaimed by the 12th of July 2015 will be forfeited and the prize winner will have no further right to the prize after this date
